Orders within Australia

  • Standard Shipping
    • Under $50 (Product Total Only, after Discounts) - $8.00
    • Over $50 (Product Total Only, after Discounts) - Free
    • All Standard Orders are usually delivered between 2 to 8 Business Days, however, please check Australia Post Delivery Timeframes for accurate and up to date guidance (Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays are not regarded as business days)
  • Express Shipping
    • All orders - Flat Rate $12
    • All Express Orders are usually delivered between 1 to 3 Business Days, however, please check Australia Post Delivery Timeframes for accurate and up to date guidance (Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays are not regarded as business days)
  • If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact via email or telephone.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Orders Internationally

  • We currently do not ship to overseas locations
  • If you do wish to order from overseas - please contact us and we will help you place an order

 

Tracking the order

Once your order is shipped, the Tracking Number and courier partner name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website and enter the Tracking Number shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

Delivery

Within Australia, we ship through a courier partner. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the postal code. This will help us to ensure smooth delivery of your order.

 

Return or exchange

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
  • Product is unopened and in a saleable condition - i.e. All Plastic Wrapping and/or Packaging is in its original state

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us at sales@mypaperclip.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery Address
  • Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

If the product has been opened and not in a saleable condition then a refund will not be provided.

If there is genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement, a different product of the same value within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.

All returns/exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer.

If the product is a genuine defect we will credit the shipping charge incurred in the form of a store credit that can be used for future purchases.

On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges.

We unfortunately will not be able to entertain return request post 48 hours of delivery.
