We offer free shipping for all domestic orders for $50.00 or more. Your product total after any discount should be AUD 50.00 or more. For orders under AUD 50.00 shipping charge is added at check out.

We ship via Australia Post and the standard delivery timeframes are as follows:
Standard Delivery - 2 to 7 Business Days
Express Delivery - 1 to 3 Business days
If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number. The email will have a link to track your order.
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the damaged or faulty. The item must also be unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I customise a notebook for Corporate Branding?
Yes of course! We specialise in customising notebooks. Our customisation capabilities range from basic logos on the cover through be-spoke branded custom projects with external and internal insert customisation.

What level of customisation do you offer?
We have three levels of customisation
Basic Customisation - The process involves imprint directly on the surface of the pre-fabricated notebook or planner. Screen print, blind embossing or foil stamping individually or in combination can be opted. Minimum order quantity for this option of customisation is 25 units
Advanced - Add custom printed pages as the title page or inserts to the basic level of customisation. Minimum order quantity for this option with title page is 100 units.
Custom Projects - We will be happy to take up your custom project beyond Level 2. As a guide a minimum of 500 units is required, and in some cases more, depending on the level of customisation. However, If you know exactly what you want, we can follow your instruction. We are happy to make suggestions if you need them.
