From the point of approval and payment it takes three to four weeks to deliver the notebooks to your address.

We believe in full turn key solution. All myPAPERCLIP Customised Notebooks are priced inclusive of Set-Up, Printing and Delivery.

Our prices are inclusive of delivery to a single Metro Location Australia Wide. All Non-Metro Areas will be subject to additional freight charges. However, we will provide this upfront so there are no unexpected suprises.

Yes, based on the provided files and instructions we will provide a digital mock-up. However, we are unable to provide a physical sample. Please consult with the sales team and we can get a sample notebook to you that will have to be returnable back to us.

Very easy! We provide you with the page dimensions. You simply have to create the pages with a 3mm bleed and email us through the PDF. Not that tech savvy? No worries - talk to us and we can help you through the process.

We highly appreciate all files provided in PNG and/or an Open File. An example of an Open File would be AI Format. Not 100% sure, no worries email through and we will guide you throught he notebook customisation process.
